High Conflict Whisperer™

High Conflict Whisperer is a case intelligence and preparation app being developed around CIC’s methods. It is designed to take the records surrounding a custody or divorce matter, organize them and examine how they relate to one another, so the available history can inform preparation.

You bring the orders, filings, messages, financial records and other supporting material. You do not have to know which question to ask before the process begins. The app’s intended workflow starts with those records and builds a connected account of the available information.

From uploaded records to an organized case

The workflow begins by extracting readable information, naming and categorizing files, and preparing summaries while retaining their source references. Paper Trail provides this evidentiary foundation. Evidence Explorer and source drill-down are designed to let you move from an entry or summary back to the material behind it.

The product design also includes searchable transcripts for supported audio and video, readable message representations through Screenshot Maker, and iPhone iMessage export support. These are ways to prepare material for review; the original recording or conversation remains the reference. Supported formats and release availability belong in the current launch information.

The Master Timeline places events in sequence and connects them with their supporting records. Documentation Coach is designed to help you make clearer event entries as the history continues, including what was observed, what was reported and what still needs to be understood.

How Case Brain connects the analysis

Organizing the files is the beginning of the work. Relevant material is also examined by specialized areas of the app. Pattern analysis, financial examination and preparation can each draw something different from the same record.

Case Brain brings those analyses together with the people, dates, events, claims and questions in the matter. It connects the information and makes relevant context available to the specialized areas in return. That exchange is central to the product: a financial question, a communication pattern and a preparation task can inform one another.

As new material is added, it may support an earlier explanation, challenge it or raise a different question. The aim is to keep the developing case connected to its sources, including conflicting accounts and gaps. Uploading a collection of records cannot make missing information known or make every allegation in a filing true.

Examining the case and preparing for review

Pattern Beneath examines repeated conduct, relationships, contradictions and changes over time. It considers the uploading parent’s communication too. The useful question is how an explanation fits the available history, including the events that do not support it.

Financial Intelligence examines the financial story through records of assets, liabilities, transactions and unresolved issues. Its scope includes settlement preparation and questions about contributions or discrepancies that may need closer examination. Estimates and benchmarks remain matters to review with the appropriate financial and legal professionals.

Case Compass connects that understanding with preparation for discovery, hearings, witnesses and mediation. Within that workflow, it identifies missing material and supports attorney packets and proposed order language for human review. The purpose is to make the basis of a possible approach available to the people deciding what to pursue.

Case Chat is designed to let you explore questions against the connected matter, with Case Brain supplying the relevant context. The conversation draws on the case record rather than depending on the user to restate the whole history in every question.

Following what happens after an order

Return Within begins with the actual order and the obligations it establishes. Calendar Intelligence connects relevant dates and responsibilities with the matter, including parenting time and financial obligations. The work continues beyond preparing for the hearing.

The design includes prompts for users to record whether an event complied with the applicable arrangement, then connects those entries with the concern, any intervention and what happened afterward. That makes it possible to examine whether the recorded situation changed after a proposed solution was put into practice. A user’s compliance entry remains an attributed report, not a court finding.

Optional Personal Insights provides room to reflect on your own communication and choices. The larger aim is to understand what is happening and what may help reduce conflict for children, while keeping decisions and professional judgment with people.

CIC consulting and HCW

CIC consulting provides individual time with Ashley to examine the circumstances and questions you bring. HCW is being developed to make parts of that analytical approach available through an app, including to parents for whom private assistance is difficult to afford. You can read about the app without purchasing a consulting session.

The launch page provides current release details, including which capabilities and file formats are available. HCW supports preparation; it does not decide custody, diagnose family members, guarantee a result or replace qualified legal advice.

HCW release information

HCW is in protected prelaunch verification. The launch page explains the product and offers a separate choice to receive HCW educational emails and launch updates.

Joining that list does not create an account or provide application access. Please keep case details and evidence out of the launch form.
