Which part of the situation is putting the most pressure on you right now?

I was served, I am considering filing, or I do not understand what happens next. I need to choose an attorney or prepare for a more useful attorney meeting. I need help responding without feeding the conflict. I was told to document everything, but I do not know what makes a record useful. A parenting plan, GAL, evaluator, therapist or other professional is involved. My child is pulling away, and I need help understanding and responding to the change. We have an order or parenting plan, but the same disagreements keep returning. Expenses, reimbursements, support, property or disclosures are hard to follow. Several things are connected, and I cannot tell where to begin.
