If papers or a hearing are in front of you, begin with the process and the deadline you need to understand. If messages are consuming your attention, begin with the communication or documentation question. If your child’s behavior or relationship with you has changed, begin with what you can observe and the response that protects the relationship while you seek appropriate professional guidance.
