Privacy information
CIC collects only the information you choose to provide through an educational email signup, assessment follow-up request or direct inquiry.
Educational emails
Educational email consent is optional and separate from an assessment or direct inquiry. You may unsubscribe from ongoing educational emails at any time. An unsubscribe or suppression status is respected before another marketing message is sent.
Assessment follow-up
You may view a starting-point result without providing contact information. If you ask to have the recommendation sent to you, that request does not enroll you in ongoing educational emails unless you separately choose that option.
Direct inquiries
A direct inquiry is used for personal follow-up. It is not automatically treated as newsletter consent. Please do not submit children’s names, case numbers, allegations, evidence or confidential records through the website.
Attribution and measurement
CIC may preserve the page and campaign that led to a signup or inquiry. Free-text family-law information, child information and assessment answers are not sent to ordinary marketing analytics.
Questions about privacy can be sent through the website inquiry.
